Shipping and delivery
GetSubmita is an online service. Nothing physical is shipped, there are no shipping charges, and we serve customers worldwide. This page explains how and when the service is delivered.
Delivery timeline

| Within 1 working day | Order confirmation by email, and a request for any missing business details. |
| Within 2 working days | Your audit report: existing listings and your starting SEO numbers. |
| Within 7 working days | Submission to every directory in your plan, with a confirmation email. |
| Weekly, up to 60 days | Re-checks of each listing; live links and screenshots as they are published. |
| Every 30 days for 6 months | Updated SEO numbers and an updated final report. |
Directories publish listings on their own schedules, usually within days to a few weeks. Those review times are outside our control and are not part of our delivery timeline.
How it is delivered
Reports and updates are sent to the email address on your order and are available in your client dashboard on getsubmita.com. If anything is delayed, we tell you by email with the reason and a new date.
