Terms and conditions
These terms apply to every purchase of the GetSubmita directory listing service from https://getsubmita.com. The service is provided by Kishan Bhat Kumble (sole proprietor), trading as GetSubmita (“GetSubmita”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. The service
GetSubmita submits your business or product to the online directories included in the plan you buy, checks whether each listing is published, and gives you reports. Each plan includes:
- an audit of existing listings on the directories in your plan and a record of your starting SEO numbers;
- submission of your details to each directory in your plan where you are not already listed;
- re-checks of every submitted listing for up to 60 days, with the live link and a screenshot when it is published;
- SEO measurements every 30 days for 6 months after submission;
- an audit report and a final report, delivered by email and in your client dashboard.
The directories in each plan are listed on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
2. What we do not guarantee
Each directory decides independently whether to publish a listing. We do not guarantee that any directory will accept or keep your listing, or that it will be followed or indexed by search engines. We do not guarantee any search ranking, traffic, sales, or any authority score. SEO results depend on factors outside our control, including your domain’s age and history, your competitors, your website and search engine updates.
3. Your responsibilities
- The information you give us must be true, current and yours to publish, including your logo and images.
- Your business must be lawful. We do not list adult, gambling, weapons, drugs, counterfeit or other prohibited businesses.
- You authorise us to submit your details to the directories in your plan on your behalf, and to create listings under our directory accounts where a directory requires an account.
- Listings stay subject to each directory’s own terms. If you want a listing removed later, contact the directory or ask us and we will help where the directory allows it.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and are one-time charges per order, with no subscription. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card or bank may apply its own currency conversion or international transaction fees. We do not store your card details.
5. Delivery
The service is delivered online; nothing is shipped. Timelines are described in our shipping and delivery policy.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel for a full refund before we start submitting. Details are in our cancellation and refunds policy.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or decisions made by directories or search engines.
8. Support and disputes
Contact us at support@getsubmita.com or +91 63645 21277. We reply within one working day and aim to resolve any complaint within 7 working days. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mangalore, Karnataka, India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on the day you place an order applies to that order.
